1. Source of contact data1. 取得する連絡先の出自
The business contact information (such as company email addresses) we use for outreach is information that each company itself registered and published as its business contact in the official public exhibitor directories of trade shows held in Japan. We do not obtain contact information by unauthorized scraping, address guessing, or from purchased mailing lists.
当社が連絡に用いる事業用連絡先（企業メールアドレス等）は、各企業が日本で開催された展示会の公式な公開出展者ディレクトリに、自社の事業用連絡先として自ら登録・公開した情報です。無断のクロール・アドレスの推測生成・名簿の購入によって連絡先を取得することはありません。
2. Purpose of use2. 利用目的
We use the contact information only to send individual business proposals and communications about our Japan-market-entry support service, and for related coordination such as scheduling business meetings and providing requested materials. We do not sell or provide the data to third parties.
取得した連絡先は、当社サービス（日本市場参入支援）に関する個別のご提案・ご連絡、およびそれに付随する商談調整・資料提供の目的にのみ利用します。第三者への販売・提供は行いません。
3. Opt-out (unsubscribe)3. オプトアウト（配信停止）

Contact information and send/receive records are stored under appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Even after an unsubscribe or deletion request, we may retain the minimum information necessary to prevent re-contact (a hashed form of the address, the reason, and the date).
連絡先および送受信の記録は、適切な安全管理措置のもとで保管します。配信停止・削除のご依頼後も、再連絡の防止に必要な最小限の情報（メールアドレスのハッシュ・停止理由・日時）のみを保持する場合があります。
